1. The service
Anaqa is an online platform operated by TeqBooster (Doha, Qatar) that connects customers with barbers. Anaqa is not a party to the service between a customer and a barber. Each barber is solely responsible for their services, prices and quality of work.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and verify your email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use Anaqa with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Customers
Anaqa is free for customers. Payment for a service is made directly to the barber as agreed between you. Please cancel in advance if you cannot attend. For mobile services, you are responsible for providing a correct address and phone number.
4. Barbers and membership
Barbers pay a listing fee of USD 14.99 per month or USD 149.99 per year. Anaqa takes no commission on bookings.
Every new barber starts with a 30-day free trial. At launch, payments are made using the methods shown on your Membership page and are approved manually; your listing goes live once payment is confirmed.
Pausing your listing hides it from the directory but does not pause or extend billing. Annual members may pause their listing for up to one month in each subscription year.
Fees are non-refundable once the free trial has ended.
5. Bookings, reviews and reports
Barbers may confirm, decline or complete bookings. Reviews can only be written after a completed booking, one per customer per barber. Reports can only be made about a customer’s own booking. We may remove any review or content that breaks these terms.
6. Prohibited use
You may not provide false information, impersonate others, abuse bookings or reviews, post offensive or illegal content, or attempt to harm the platform. We may suspend or block any account or listing that breaks these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
Anaqa is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anaqa and TeqBooster are not liable for any service performed by a barber, any dispute between a customer and a barber, or any indirect loss. Our total liability to a barber will not exceed the fees paid by that barber in the previous three months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Anaqa after an update means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
