What we collect
Your name, email and password (stored encrypted), phone number, barber shop details (name, bio, country, city, photo, services and hours), saved addresses and locations for mobile services, booking, review and report history, the time and IP address of your terms acceptance, and your language preference.
How we use it
To run your account, show barbers and complete bookings, send account and booking emails, prevent abuse, and improve Anaqa.
Sharing
When you book, the details needed for that booking are shared between the customer and the barber (such as name, phone number and, for mobile services, the address). We use service providers for hosting and email delivery. We never sell your personal data.
Location
We only access your location when you tap “Use my current location”, and it is saved only as an address you choose to keep.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: to keep you logged in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time at info@teqbooster.net. We may keep some records where needed for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls to protect your data.
